Hydrocooler

In the hydrocoolers we produce, the water temperature is stable in operation, between 0.5 and 1 degree Celsius. The water distribution system is a unique choice, and we guarantee a continuous flow of water to each fruit from the beginning to the end of the conveyor belt. The filter system is only flushed when the water is changed (every 3-4 days). An additional filter system is provided to prevent the fruit from spilling out of the baskets into the tub. All watertight parts of the hydrocooler are made of food grade stainless steel. The conveyor line is equipped with a gearbox (inverter).

The hydrocooler can be used either stationary or via a platform in different locations with a power source. We give a 1-year warranty on the hydrocoolers we produce.
